Remote Simultaneous Interpretation

Simultaneous remote interpreting (SRI) is an alternative to face-to-face simultaneous interpreting in a booth. Even though  it already existed, simultaneous online translation experienced a real boom during the Covid-19 crisis. Some of our international clients needed to get together to pursue their teleworking projects and our team of conference interpreters was quickly able to offer online simultaneous remote interpretation solutions while maintaining high quality.

Colingua offers a complete online solution, including a remote interpreting system across different channels (in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, etc.), video streaming, document sharing, recording, voting system, etc.

At Colingua, we understand that our customers are familiar with teleconferencing solutions, such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, LifeSize, or Zoom. Our solution is compatible with those communication platforms, even though they are not designed for simultaneous interpreting.
