Distance interpreting for IFJ

The Belgian Institute for Judiciary Training (IFJ) relies on our conference interpreters for simultaneous interpretation during the virtual meetings it currently organises in the framework of the coronavirus pandemic.

The IFJ, which has already worked with Colingua in the past, wanted to continue working remotely during the coronavirus pandemic. As the organisers of their online training programmes were accustomed to working with Webex, the IFJ asked us to devise a solution for simultaneous interpreting with this system. Webex is a video conferencing platform, rather than an interpreting platform. We therefore came up with a hybrid solution, that combined Webex with our interpreting platform.

Thanks to our hybrid remote interpreting solutions, our customers can use their preferred video conferencing platform (GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, On24, Adobe Connect …) while integrating our professional remote interpreting system in it.

Our team of technicians and interpreters is on hand to assist you during your virtual meetings, offering dedicated video conferencing solutions for multilingual meetings with remote interpreting (i.e. in the Cloud). Our translators provide online simultaneous translation in all the languages that are traditionally used in face-to-face meetings, such as French, English, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, German…
